Import Duties

Certain countries may charge local taxes and import duties on shipments, which are not included in the listed prices. It is the responsibility of the buyer or recipient to pay for any such taxes or duties. While our products are available for purchase worldwide, we cannot guarantee that they will meet the import regulations of every country. If you are unsure about the import rules in your country, it is recommended to check with your customs office before placing an order.

The buyer is responsible for paying any import charges or fees. To help ensure that you receive your order with minimal or no taxes, we will declare it as a "GIFT" or "SAMPLE" with a lower value. This lower value does not reflect the total price paid or the actual market value of the product, and it may not be applicable in countries with different tariff rules. If you need to declare the true value or have any other requests, please include this information in the "Notes" section when placing your order.

Shipping & Delivery Time

Most of our shipments come from our China location, and some from our Western Canada warehouse. Unless otherwise specified, your product will be shipped from China.
