We at Recovery Shapewear want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 7 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, including packaging and all accessories. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of wear or has been altered in any way. Please do not throw away any packaging as it can be used to return your items.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at [contact information]. They will provide you with further instructions on how to return your item(s).

Please note that shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for paying for the return shipping costs unless there was a mistake on our end when we sent out the order.

Only items that were damaged or defective can be returned. However, we will not be responsible for the damages caused by shipping.

Items Not Returnable: For hygiene reasons, we do not accept exchange or return of intimate items.

Return Condition: Items that need to be returned or exchanged must be unworn and in original packaging. Return items with any signs of use are not acceptable and will not be exchangeable/returnable.

Shipping Option or Return Items: For the safety and security of your return or exchange, we recommend using a parcel service such as EMS or DHL that provides tracking. If you do not use a courier that offers tracking or a return receipt request, we cannot be held responsible for any returns that are not received.

Shipping Duration for Return Items: Returned items must be received within 30 days of the issuance of the return authorization (RA) number. Items received after this timeframe will be considered unacceptable and will not be eligible for a refund.

Credits: Credits will be issued within 14 days of receiving the returned item. To help speed up the credit process, please include your order date and order number with your return.

If the product is returned or exchanged due to customer reasons, the buyer will be responsible for the return shipping fees. If the product was sent by the seller by mistake, the seller will cover the return shipping fees.

How To Return/Exchange an Item

If there is a problem with your order, please contact us via e-mail within 7 business days of receiving the order to request a return or exchange.

You will receive a questionnaire about the issue by reply e-mail. Please complete and return the questionnaire with your answers.

If the return is deemed acceptable, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number by reply e-mail. Returns will not be accepted without a valid RA.

If possible, please use the original shipping box and packing materials, and completely cover or remove the original shipping label. Include the questionnaire form and a copy of the return receipt that shows the date of receipt in the package with your returned merchandise.

Drop off the package at your courier's return station or schedule a home pickup. Be sure to keep a copy of your tracking information for your records.

Allow up to 14 days for your return package to arrive and your request to be processed. If you need to follow up on your request, please contact us via e-mail.

Credits or replacement items will be issued/shipped within 14 business days from the date of receipt.

Shipping custom fee for Return Items: Customers are responsible for the customs fee of the returned items which will occur when returned items reach China custom.
